At Mamoru & Co, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. This Returns Policy is established in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and Consumer Protection Law.

Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or exchange if the product you received is defective, damaged, or does not match your order. Returns are also accepted if the product was delivered beyond the confirmed delivery time, if it does not conform to the description or specifications provided at the time of purchase, or if the product is counterfeit or otherwise violates applicable laws.

Return Period

Return requests may be submitted within seven days of receiving your order. For defective or non-conforming products, the return request period extends to fourteen days from the date of delivery. For cancellations prior to shipment, a full refund will be provided.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Products must be in saleable condition, unless the reason for return is due to damage or defect. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (including opened skincare, oils, body care, and candles) cannot be returned if opened or used, unless proven defective.

Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, promotional items, and personalized products are non-refundable unless defective. Opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return except where the product is defective or non-conforming.

Process for Return

We will review your request and confirm eligibility within two business days. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Approved refunds will be processed within ten business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.

If the return is due to our error (defective, incorrect, or damaged product), we will bear all return shipping costs. If the return is for reasons not related to product defect or error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Consumer Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Saudi Consumer Protection Law. In case of any dispute, Saudi Arabian laws shall govern and the Ministry of Commerce’s Consumer Protection authority may be consulted.
