Ingredients
Aroha Signature Body Moisturiser is an advanced, science-backed formulation.Its lightweight yet nourishing base combines aqua (water) with Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, Caprylic/Capric triglyceride, Macadamia ternifolia seed oil, Olea europaea (olive) fruit oil, and Persea gratissima (avocado) oil, delivering long-lasting moisture and softness.
Skin-conditioning ingredients such as glycerin, squalane, Butyrospermum parkii (shea) butter, and Glycine soja (soybean) oil replenish lipids and support a healthy skin barrier. Potent actives like niacinamide, retinal, sodium ascorbyl phosphate (vitamin C), tocopherol (vitamin E), and Rubus chamaemorus (cloudberry) seed oil work synergistically to brighten, improve skin texture, and protect against oxidative stress.
Botanical extracts including Lonicera japonica (honeysuckle) flower, Chamomilla recutita (matricaria) flower, Lonicera caprifolium (honeysuckle) flower, Kakadu plum extract, and grapefruit essential oil offer antioxidant and soothing benefits, while natural aromatic notes of geraniol and linalool impart a subtle, uplifting fragrance.
The formula is further enhanced with a sophisticated emulsifying and stabilising system, using glyceryl stearate, cetearyl glucoside, cetearyl alcohol, myristyl myristate, cetyl stearyl alcohol, sodium stearoyl glutamate, and silicones like dimethicone and polysilicone-11 for a smooth, silky finish.
Preservatives (phenoxyethanol, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, ethylhexylglycerin) and pH balancer citric acid ensure stability and safety.
Contraindications and Precautions
Aroha Signature Body Moisturiser is suitable for most skin types, including dry, normal, and sensitive skin. Those with sensitivities to essential oils, fragrance components (such as geraniol and linalool), or retinoids should perform a patch test before use.Retinal (a form of vitamin A) can increase sun sensitivity; daily sun protection is recommended when using products containing retinal. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Avoid use on broken, irritated, or inflamed skin.
